• Coordinate seamlessly with our international dealer network to ensure efficient vehicle servicing and parts logistics.
• Document feedback and interaction logs accurately within our internal CRM and reporting systems.
• Provide expert guidance to potential prospects interested in the brand’s premium product line.

Requirements

• Excellent Italian language skills
• Very good English communication skills
• Previous customer service experience
• Good computer literacy
• Knowledge of MS Excel
• A strong desire to excel in the Customer Support Services industry.
