• Perform technical troubleshooting to ensure consistent service delivery for mobile and data customers.
• Identify opportunities to upsell telecommunications products and innovative digital solutions.
• Guide existing customers through the migration to new, optimized service offers.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through empathetic and efficient communication.
• Collaborate with international teams to streamline service desk operations in the Greek office.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian
