We are looking for a dedicated professional for the Czech Speaking GenAI Content Trust and Safety Expert position in Greece. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and guide Generative AI outputs to ensure adherence to safety and quality guidelines within the Artificial Intelligence (AI) sector.
• Review, classify, and moderate content produced by AI models to identify potential risks and improve safety parameters.
• Develop and test creative prompts to enhance the quality, logic, and safety of AI-driven responses.
• Analyze complex AI-generated data sets and provide constructive feedback to improve model training processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve nuanced trust and safety issues in real-time.
• Maintain a high standard of neutrality and objectivity while evaluating sensitive content as part of your daily duties.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI learning cycles through meticulous data annotation and evaluation.

Requirements

• Czech at excellent level (C1+)
• Solid English (B2+)
• 1–2 years’ experience in content safety/moderation or customer support
• Critical thinking
• Ability to distinguish self-beliefs from moderated content
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
