Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for luxury automotive owners, delivering white-glove service in the Customer Support Services sector.
• Manage and optimize complex maintenance scheduling for high-end vehicle owners across international markets.
• Provide calm, efficient, and expert guidance for roadside assistance inquiries in real-time.
• Offer technical navigation and troubleshooting support for advanced in-vehicle infotainment systems.
• Document and track customer interactions accurately to ensure a premium ownership experience throughout the entire journey.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical or service-related queries.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the brand’s luxury standards to consistently meet and exceed performance benchmarks.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (C1)
• Good command of English (B2)
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Computer literacy
• Familiarity with Android and iOS applications
