• Assist customers with the navigation and troubleshooting of connected vehicle features and digital systems.
• Manage and resolve customer cases and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency across multiple communication channels.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions within our customer relationship management systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams within the Customer Support Services industry to ensure a seamless brand experience.
• Continuously uphold the premium standards of the automotive brand through every customer interaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (C1)
• Good command of English (B2)
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Computer literacy
• Familiarity with Android and iOS applications
• Native or fluent French (spoken and written)
