• Deliver expert troubleshooting and technical support to B2B advertisers using the Microsoft Advertising platform.
• Provide proactive optimization strategies to enhance campaign performance for diverse business clients.
• Analyze performance metrics to offer data-backed recommendations that drive client success.
• Educate clients on the latest platform features and the strategic use of integrated Copilot tools.
• Maintain a high standard of professional service within the customer support services sector.
• Manage end-to-end account queries to ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical blockers effectively.

Requirements

• English fluency (C1/C2)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Advertising or PPC platforms
• Experience in customer support or account management
• Ability to optimize paid search campaigns
• Native or fluent English (spoken and written)
