We are currently searching for a dedicated professional for the Bulgarian Speaking GenAI Content Trust and Safety Expert position in Greece. In this vital outsourcing (BPO) role, you will help shape the future of Generative AI by evaluating system outputs and ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and classify AI-generated content to ensure alignment with safety guidelines and policy standards.
• Provide high-quality data labeling and feedback to improve the performance and accuracy of Generative AI models.
• Monitor and manage complex safety tasks within a fast-paced outsourcing (BPO) environment.
• Maintain objectivity while reviewing sensitive content to ensure a safe user experience.
• Collaborate with international teams to refine content trust processes for global markets.
• Adhere to strict quality assurance protocols as defined by our BPO client requirements.
• Document trends and potential risks observed during the content analysis process.

Requirements

• Bulgarian at C1 level
• English at B2 level
• 1-2 years experience in content safety or customer support
• Critical thinking
• Excellent written communication
• Ability to handle sensitive content with a professional and objective mindset.
