Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact and flight ambassador for passengers of a renowned global aviation brand.
• Manage and resolve diverse customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Process complex ticket issues, including modifications, rebookings, and official refund requests.
• Explain detailed airline procedures, safety regulations, and travel policies to international passengers.
• Maintain high satisfaction levels by providing tailored solutions in a demanding Customer Support Services environment.
• Document all interactions accurately within our advanced CRM systems to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Turkish
• Good communication skills in English
• EU/Schengen citizenship or valid Greek work permit
• Customer service experience
