Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Specialist position in Greece. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality assistance to Dutch-speaking clients across multiple communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
• Efficiently address and resolve product-related inquiries to ensure optimal customer satisfaction within the customer support services industry.
• Manage and de-escalate customer complaints with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Accurately process customer orders and update account information in the company CRM.
• Maintain a deep understanding of product features to provide accurate guidance and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with international team members to improve internal processes and support quality standards.
• Document all interactions clearly and concisely to ensure service continuity.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch
• Communication skills in English
• Comfortable with basic technology tools
• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
