We are currently searching for a talented individual for the Finnish Speaking GenAI Content Trust and Safety Expert position in Greece, a role designed to shape the future of artificial intelligence within the BPO industry. Based in the vibrant hub of Athens, this role invites you to join one of the most exciting Finnish-speaking jobs available today, where you will ensure the integrity and safety of AI-generated content through expert classification and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and classify AI-generated content to ensure alignment with strict trust and safety standards.
• Develop and test prompts to enhance the performance and reliability of GenAI systems for our global clients.
• Provide actionable feedback to technical teams to improve the machine learning training lifecycle.
• Resolve complex content issues and edge cases while adhering to professional BPO service level agreements.
• Collaborate with international cross-functional teams to maintain high quality in a fast-paced outsourcing environment.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of safer and smarter AI systems through rigorous content review processes.
• Maintain adaptability by working on-site in Athens, potentially covering night or weekend shifts as required by the project.

Requirements

• Finnish C1+
• English B2+
• 1–2 years’ experience in content safety or customer support
• Critical thinking skills
• Excellent written communication
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
