We are currently seeking a motivated professional for an Italian Speaking Consumer Expert position in Greece, serving as the primary point of contact for a global brand within a dynamic BPO environment. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for consumer support inquiries regarding a global premium brand.
• Provide high-quality assistance through multi-channel interactions including phone, email, and live chat.
• Utilize deep product knowledge to resolve consumer queries efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure brand excellence by representing the client’s values in every customer interaction within the outsourcing framework.
• Maintain detailed records of customer requests and resolutions in the company’s internal CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends and improve overall service delivery standards.
• Demonstrate full ownership of consumer issues from initial inquiry to final resolution.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian
• Very good use of English

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written)
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
