• Navigate internal databases and CRM tools to track and resolve consumer issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with international teams within the outsourcing environment to ensure service excellence.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while handling high-volume queries in the BPO sector.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.
