We are currently seeking a dynamic professional for the Kazakh Speaking Consumer Support Representative position in Greece, focusing on the fast-paced Customer Support Services sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to act as the primary point of contact for consumers of a major international tobacco and vaping brand, ensuring that every interaction reflects a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for consumers within the Customer Support Services industry.
• Manage inquiries effectively through multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve consumer concerns and technical queries in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex consumer requests regarding tobacco and vaping products.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all brand standards and regulatory requirements are met.
• Demonstrate learning agility by staying updated on product knowledge and internal support processes.

Requirements

• Excellent command of Kazakh
• Fluency in Russian
• Good English skills
• EU citizenship or Greek work permit
• Communication skills
• Native or fluent English (spoken and written)
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
