Key Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador for a leading global fashion and jewellery house, providing high-end support to our clientele.
• Manage customer inquiries regarding product details, current fashion collections, and pricing via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with order tracking, return processes, and exchange policies within the Fashion & Apparel sector.
• Resolve complex billing and payment issues with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Provide expert support regarding current marketing promotions and seasonal fashion campaigns.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores by delivering personalized, high-quality service at every interaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately within our internal CRM systems to ensure high service standards.

Requirements

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written)
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
• Excellent command of French
• Good knowledge of English
• Strong communication and soft skills
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work in rotating shifts
