We are currently seeking a motivated professional for an Italian Speaking Cybersecurity Customer Expert position in Greece. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical assistance to customers via phone, chat, and email regarding cybersecurity products.
• Represent major global cybersecurity brands within the customer support services sector with professionalism and accuracy.
• Analyze and resolve technical queries related to antivirus protection and security software settings.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering precise and empathetic solutions.
• Ensure efficient case management in a fast-paced help-desk environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on the latest security trends and technical patches.
• Document all interactions clearly to ensure seamless service delivery and quality reporting.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian
• Very good communication skills in English
• Knowledge of MAC, iOS and Android Operating Systems
• Ability to troubleshoot common PC, Mac and mobile issues
• Knowledge of Firewall, Antivirus products and Security domain
• Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-centric approach.
