Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support to business customers regarding inquiries related to Microsoft products.
• Utilize your expertise in the Customer Support Services industry to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
• Manage and document customer cases across multiple communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering precise, professional, and prompt technical resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve recurring system concerns.
• Monitor system performance and provide proactive guidance to our Polish-speaking clientele.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish
• Excellent English communication skills
• Solid Science, Math, Engineering, or Computer science background
• 2-3 years helpdesk or system admin experience
• Technical knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and Microsoft productivity suites
• Previous experience within the Customer Support Services industry is highly preferred
• Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment
