Key Responsibilities

• Act as a dedicated flight ambassador, representing the airline with excellence and professionalism.
• Manage and resolve inbound inquiries from passengers and travel partners via phone, email, and chat.
• Process complex ticket-related transactions and booking modifications accurately.
• Provide clear, concise, and helpful information regarding airline policies, baggage regulations, and travel requirements.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction within the Customer Support Services industry.
• Navigate internal CRM systems efficiently to document interactions and provide prompt solutions.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality service experience.
• Identify and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Requirements

• Fluent German
• Good English communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Native or fluent German (spoken and written)
• A passion for delivering exceptional service in the Customer Support Services sector.
