Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Czech Speaking Cybersecurity Customer Expert position in Greece. In this role, you will represent a globally recognized brand within the dynamic customer support services industry, providing vital security guidance and technical assistance to our valued client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional support to customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve complex cybersecurity concerns.
• Troubleshoot technical issues effectively to ensure maximum performance and integrity of antivirus protection software.
• Maintain meticulous logs of customer cases within our internal CRM systems to ensure high-quality service standards.
• Act as a primary brand ambassador, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction through empathy and technical expertise.
• Provide proactive security advice to help users safeguard their digital environments from modern threats.
• Collaborate with international teams to refine support workflows and optimize the overall customer support services experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech
• Very good communication skills in English
• Knowledge of MAC, iOS and Android Operating Systems
• Ability to troubleshoot common PC, Mac and mobile issues
• Base knowledge of networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, WLAN)
• Strong problem-solving mindset suited for the customer support services industry.
