Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate directly with third-party service providers and repair centers to expedite maintenance operations.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation within the company’s CRM system.
• Uphold the highest standards of the Customer Support Services industry to ensure optimal client retention and satisfaction.
• Escalate complex technical incidents to internal engineering teams when necessary.
• Act as a brand ambassador, providing professional and empathetic communication to all callers.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish
• Good communication skills in English
• High school diploma
• Basic awareness of automotive roadside assistance procedures
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
