• Process ticket-related transactions, including modifications, reissues, and cancellations within the airline’s system.
• Advise customers on airline-specific rules, baggage policies, and fare conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of passenger interactions to ensure seamless travel service continuity.
• Collaborate with international team members to uphold the service standards of a leading global airline.
• Stay updated on aviation industry regulations to provide accurate and reliable travel information.

Requirements

• High fluency in Dutch
• Good communication skills in English
• Customer service experience
• Professionalism and a passion for the aviation industry
• Capacity to work on-site in Athens, Greece
