We are currently looking for a talented professional to fill our Japanese Speaking Automotive Support Specialist position in Greece. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for a prestigious German automotive manufacturer, ensuring that dealer inquiries are handled with the highest level of professionalism and technical accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and administrative support to automotive dealers via email and chat.
• Represent the automotive brand by maintaining professional and clear communication standards in Japanese.
• Analyze dealer inquiries related to automotive systems and provide accurate, timely solutions.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless service delivery across the automotive sector.
• Maintain detailed logs of all interactions within the CRM system to track service performance.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive product developments to provide informed and accurate support.
• Contribute to a proactive, fast-paced team environment focused on excellence in automotive customer care.

Requirements

• Fluency in Japanese
• Excellent writing skills
• Good command of English
• Technically adept
• Capability of multitasking
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
