We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative position in Greece. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base regarding product marketing initiatives and company policy changes.

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions in the company CRM.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of Portuguese
• Good English language skills
• Computer literacy
• Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written)
