Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical assistance for a prominent cloud platform to ensure superior user satisfaction.

• Deliver expert technical troubleshooting within the Customer Support Services industry to diagnose and rectify platform issues.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written)
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
• Excellent writing & verbal communication skills in Portuguese
• Good technical troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
• Technical background
• Familiarity with technology trends
