Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to customers in the BPO industry via phone, email, and chat.
• Effectively troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to mobile devices.
• Document all service interactions accurately within the client’s internal management systems.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing precise and empathetic solutions.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, adhering to the quality standards of our BPO partners.
• Stay updated on technical knowledge to remain a subject matter expert in your field.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish
• Advanced English knowledge
• Troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with iOS/MacOS
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
