We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Norwegian Speaking Customer Expert position in Greece, operating within the dynamic outsourcing industry. Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound communication from Norwegian-speaking clients via telephone, live chat, and ticketing systems.
• Provide high-quality support to resolve complex queries regarding orders, refunds, and platform functionality.
• Maintain industry-standard service levels within the fast-paced BPO environment.
• Adhere to strict company response templates to ensure consistency and quality in every interaction.
• Escalate advanced technical or policy-related issues to senior management when necessary.
• Document all client interactions accurately within the company database to maintain high-quality service records.
• Contribute to the efficiency of the delivery services support team by meeting daily performance metrics.

Requirements

• Fluent in Norwegian
• Fluent in English
• Strong written communication skills
• PC skills
• Multitasking ability
