Key Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class technical support to customers regarding Microsoft products within a professional outsourcing environment.

• Provide insightful sales consultations for consumer products, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in German
• Good command of English (B2+)
• Sales experience with consumer products
