We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a French Speaking Technical Support Specialist position in Greece. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and content moderation for global tech brands via phone, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Manage user account security and protect client data integrity within a BPO framework.
• Track and document all customer cases efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with international teams to meet and exceed performance-based service level agreements.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on emerging technologies.
• Maintain a high standard of professional communication in French to represent our clients effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in French
• Advanced English knowledge
• Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Native or fluent French (spoken and written)
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
