Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a German Speaking Technical Support Specialist position in Greece within the dynamic BPO industry. This remote role allows you to provide high-level technical assistance to users of a global technology leader, combining your linguistic expertise with professional technical support in one of the most exciting jobs in Greece.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional technical support via phone, chat, and email to a diverse customer base.
• Efficiently track and document all customer interactions within the company’s BPO support systems.
• Provide expert guidance on mobile device troubleshooting to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Address and resolve complex queries regarding account security and hardware repairs.
• Maintain high quality and performance standards consistent with industry outsourcing benchmarks.
• Collaborate with international team members to share insights and optimize technical resolution processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in German
• Advanced English knowledge
• Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Native or fluent German (spoken and written)
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
