We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Finnish Speaking Customer Service Representative position in Portugal. • Address and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professional resolution techniques.

• Represent the client’s values while delivering exceptional service experiences to Finnish-speaking users.

Requirements

• Fluent written and verbal Finnish (C2)
• Good English (minimum B2)
• Agile computer skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Customer service experience
