We are currently looking for a motivated professional to fill the Dutch Speaking Transport and Logistics Support Representative position in Portugal. This role within the Logistics & Supply Chain industry offers a unique chance to support critical road infrastructure management, providing essential assistance to transport companies and logistics professionals across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for transport companies and truck drivers regarding road infrastructure inquiries.
• Manage revenue collection processes and resolve maintenance-related inquiries within the logistics network.
• Provide expert support for toll collection systems to ensure seamless operations for transport partners.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders via email and telephone to resolve complex logistical queries.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions to ensure the highest standards of service in the Logistics & Supply Chain sector.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline information flow regarding regional transport regulations.
• Deliver professional, solution-oriented assistance to help maintain the efficiency of the supply chain.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch (C2)
• Good English (B2)
• Ability to handle sensitive information
• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
