Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert pre- and post-sales support to social media business clients via chat, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot and identify technical bugs within social media advertising interfaces.
• Assist clients in resolving complex advertising delivery issues to optimize their campaign performance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for social media platform tools, ensuring a high level of customer delight.
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions in line with global social media industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical challenges.
• Engage with the Russian-speaking market to provide tailored solutions and platform guidance.

Requirements

• EU citizen or valid work permit for Portugal
• Fluent Russian (C2)
• Minimum C1 English
• Availability to work Monday to Sunday including rotating weekends
• Strong problem-solving skills with a background in digital or social media environments.
