We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Specialist position in Portugal. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver cordial and competent customer service via phone and email channels.
• Resolve complex issues regarding customer orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.

• Manage sensitive customer information with high levels of discretion and professional integrity.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch (C2)
• Minimum B2 English
• High school diploma
• Computer literacy
• Interpersonal and communication skills
