Job Overview

We are seeking a talented professional for a Recruiter position in Portugal, specifically within the dynamic outsourcing industry. This hybrid role is perfect for a Dutch-speaking specialist looking to thrive in a fast-paced BPO environment while leveraging their linguistic skills in one of Europe’s most vibrant recruitment hubs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for BPO service roles.
• Conduct comprehensive screening and interviews to evaluate cultural fit and technical proficiency within the outsourcing sector.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for all new hires.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and analytical reports within internal systems to track recruitment KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align hiring pipelines with shifting business demands in the outsourcing industry.
• Support the employer branding strategy to maintain a strong talent presence for Dutch-speaking jobs.
• Ensure compliance with all local labor regulations while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Dutch (C2 level)
• English fluency (B2/C1)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a recruiter
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Strong communication skills
