Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients of major automotive brands, providing expert support within the Customer Support Services sector.
• Assist customers via phone and chat platforms with inquiries regarding vehicle settings and technical feature configurations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with professional empathy and clear, efficient communication.
• Coordinate and schedule service appointments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our specialized CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on the latest automotive product developments.
• Manage daily support tasks while ensuring all service level agreements are met.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch
• Good English skills (B2-level)
• Comfortable using online systems and tools
• Secondary school diploma
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be a resident of or willing to relocate to Greece for this role
