Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat regarding order tracking, product inquiries, and general account management.
• Represent a top-tier online retailer with professionalism and empathy, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within the Customer Support Services sector.
• Troubleshoot order-related issues by navigating internal systems and coordinating with various departments to reach timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the company CRM to ensure seamless service continuity.
• Operate within a 40-hour work week, adhering to rotating shifts that include weekends, to provide consistent coverage for our clients.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize support processes and share best practices within the remote workplace.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch
• B2 English
• Work permit for Portugal
• High school diploma
• Clean criminal background
• Residency or willingness to relocate within 100km of Lisbon or Porto for this Customer Service Agent position in Portugal.
