• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline reservation processes and improve the overall travel experience for our clients.
• Maintain precise records of interactions within the CRM system to ensure follow-up efficiency.
• Stay updated on changing travel regulations and airline policies to provide accurate information to all passengers.

Requirements

• Native level German
• B2 level English
• Good writing skills
• Clean criminal record
• School diploma
• A strong passion for the travel industry and excellent interpersonal skills.
