Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of empathy.
• Proven ability to make well-balanced, independent decisions in a fast-paced Customer Support Services environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Athens, Greece.
