Job Overview

We are currently seeking talented professionals for a Dutch speaking Inbound Sales Advisor position in Bulgaria. This role is a fantastic opportunity to join the thriving Customer Support Services industry, where you will manage client relationships and drive sales growth through inbound inquiries within a dynamic, professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales inquiries via telephone and live chat for a major energy provider in the Belgian market.
• Provide expert information regarding energy packages, pricing calculations, and invoice-related queries.
• Proactively discuss the advantages of energy service switching to convert inquiries into signed contracts.
• Ensure all customer documentation and personal details are accurately captured for efficient contract creation.
• Maintain high levels of service quality as part of our specialized Customer Support Services operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from the initial contact to final sign-off.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills suitable for a Customer Support Services environment.
• Ability to relocate to Sofia for this Dutch speaking Inbound Sales Advisor position in Bulgaria.
• Professional demeanor with a focus on sales conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Availability for rotational shifts (40 hours per week).
