Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with price calculations and detailed invoice explanations.
• Facilitate the entire contract creation and signing process by collecting accurate customer data.
• Provide comprehensive resolution to client queries via phone, email, and digital chat platforms.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions within the database.
• Execute general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the customer journey.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this position.
• Proven experience or a strong interest in the Customer Support Services industry.
• Valid EU passport, as this is a requirement for our Dutch-speaking jobs in Greece.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse customer inquiries.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment within Greece.
• Proficiency in computer systems and digital communication tools.
