Job Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated professionals for a Dutch Customer Advisor position in Greece, operating within the dynamic Customer Support Services industry. Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer communications via phone, live chat, and email to provide high-quality support.
• Expertly advise customers on complex energy packages, current tariffs, and detailed billing inquiries.
• Assist clients with the precise entry and completion of data required for new contract creation.
• Ensure the integrity of the contract signing process, providing seamless guidance to customers at every step.
• Maintain accurate records and handle administrative tasks within the Customer Support Services framework.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns effectively to maintain high levels of satisfaction and service excellence.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or work permit allowing residency in Greece.
• Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry is highly preferred.
• Strong digital literacy and the ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Professional demeanor and the ability to work in a rotational shift environment.

What We Offer

• Competitive monthly salary of €1,495 gross per month.
• Additional monthly work-from-home allowance of €30 net.
• Monthly food allowance of €132 net (paid 11 times per annum).
