We are seeking a dedicated professional for the Digital Trust and Safety Specialist with Greek and English position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities

• Review user-generated back-office information within the Customer Support Services sector, ensuring strict compliance with established safety policies.
• Evaluate and moderate sensitive or potentially disturbing content to maintain digital trust and safety standards.
• Take prompt and decisive action regarding any information that violates community guidelines or presents a risk to users.
• Stay consistently updated on internal policy shifts to ensure precise implementation in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and analyze emerging patterns in user behavior to proactively address and mitigate potential digital risks.
• Defend moderation decisions by providing clear, logical context and evidence-based reasoning.
• Maintain high organizational standards while managing shifting priorities and high volumes of content within our Customer Support Services framework.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Greek (spoken and written).
• Required qualifications: Fluent in Greek B2 or higher English language skill.
• Strong ability to process and handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify complex patterns.
• Proven ability to work effectively in an on-site office environment in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Experience investigating fraud, spam, or inappropriate content is highly advantageous for this Customer Support Services role.
