We are currently recruiting for an Italian speaking Digital Account Manager position in Greece, a pivotal role within the competitive Sales industry. Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture robust professional relationships with both direct advertisers and agency partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
• Provide expert consultative advice on complex digital advertising strategies to help clients reach and exceed their specific business goals.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns, performing deep-dive analysis to ensure maximum performance and return on investment.
• Proactively identify and capitalize on revenue growth opportunities within existing accounts by recommending tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, guiding them through campaign deployment and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a deep understanding of evolving market trends and platform features within the sales industry to provide cutting-edge guidance to your clients.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-value account support, reinforcing your position as a trusted advisor in the digital advertising landscape.

Requirements

• You Have Fluency in Italian with a very good command of English.
• One year of experience in account management, with a proven track record of client engagement and revenue growth.
• One year of experience in digital advertising, including campaign strategy and performance analysis.
• Experience working with advertising agencies, including outreach, discovery, and strategic account support (advantageous but not essential).
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
• Valid EU passport or valid working rights for Greece.
