We are currently recruiting for a Polish speaking Ad-Sales Specialist position in Greece to join an elite team in Athens. Key Responsibilities

• Connect with agencies and direct advertisers across multiple channels to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Manage a diverse pipeline of incoming leads and proactive outreach opportunities to expand digital advertising footprints.
• Identify strategic opportunities to scale client campaigns by recommending tailored advertising solutions that drive measurable growth.
• Provide expert support to clients in launching, managing, and optimizing their digital campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
• Analyze performance trends, proactively address challenges, and implement data-driven improvements to boost campaign results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to provide comprehensive expertise and deliver high-value outcomes for clients.
• Deliver a high-touch, results-driven client experience that ensures long-term satisfaction with advertising products.

Requirements

• You have Fluency in Polish and a very good command of English.
• Experience in sales, ideally B2B or a fast-moving, target-driven environment.
• Adaptable and comfortable working through a book of clients in a fast-paced setting.
• Confident in achieving targets and driving results.
• Valid full-time work visa for Greece.
