We are seeking a talented professional for the French speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager position in Spain. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns.
• Execute outbound sales calls to promote and sell digital advertising solutions effectively.
• Analyze and understand customer objectives to propose customized, results-driven campaign solutions.
• Implement strategic digital campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term sustainability.
• Actively identify and pursue opportunities to increase client spend and upsell campaign features.
• Manage a high volume of prospective client interactions via telephone to grow your designated portfolio.
• Maintain and update a precise customer database to ensure accurate reporting and workflow management.

Requirements

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• 18 months of experience in sales and/or marketing: previous client-facing experience, particularly in high-stakes environments.
• Works independently on routine tasks and seeks guidance when needed.
• Has used CRM systems to manage customer records and support team workflows.
• Familiar with AI tools and open to using them to improve communication and outreach.
• Communicates effectively in most professional situations.
