We are seeking a dedicated Norwegian Customer Support Advisor| Delivery Services-Remote position in Greece to join a leading delivery platform where you will facilitate seamless communication between customers, restaurant partners, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries via phone, chat, and email for one of the world’s leading delivery services.
• Provide professional and empathetic support to restaurant partners and end-users within the Customer Support Services industry.
• Resolve complex issues regarding order status, payment processing, and delivery logistics efficiently.
• Maintain high quality and service standards to ensure exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint.
• Document all interactions accurately within the internal database to ensure seamless case tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot platform errors and improve service delivery.
• Escalate high-priority incidents to senior management while ensuring timely follow-up for all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for all international applicants).
• Strong command of the English language for professional internal communication.
• Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry is highly preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for technology-driven service solutions.
• Residency within Greece or willingness to relocate for this remote-based opportunity.
