Requirements

• Native or fluent Latvian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Strong command of the English language to collaborate effectively within our international team.
• Valid EU passport, enabling you to work in the European Union.
• Proven passion for helping others and an enthusiastic approach to solving technical or service-related queries.
• Ability to thrive in an on-site professional environment in Sofia, Bulgaria.
