Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to foster their growth across multiple support channels including chat, email, and phone.
• Support and expand the self-serve advertising base for clients operating within the dynamic digital advertising domain of the Customer Support Services industry.
• Deliver comprehensive pre- and post-sales support to significantly enhance the overall client experience.
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical challenges, including ad delivery issues and platform bugs, to maintain service excellence.
• Resolve complex customer inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring consistent and transparent communication regarding progress.
• Analyze client account performance to identify strategic areas where users can improve their usage of our social media solutions.
• Act as the voice of the customer by providing critical product insights and feedback to the internal engineering teams to refine platform functionality.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Russian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry or digital advertising environment is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for social media technology.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within our international team.
