Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional ski and snowboard instruction to guests of varying skill levels within a world-class hospitality environment.
• Participate in intensive daily training sessions to master technical maneuvers and instructor delivery methods.
• Maintain a high standard of safety and guest satisfaction during all on-slope hospitality interactions.
• Prepare for and successfully complete internationally recognized instructor examinations to attain professional certification.
• Conduct private and group lessons, primarily focusing on skill development for youth and beginner clientele.
• Engage in resort social events and team activities to foster a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests.
• Utilize advanced communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into accessible English for international students.

Requirements

• Native or fluent English language skills (spoken and written) as all hospitality instruction is conducted in English.
• Role Requirements: Intermediate to advanced ski or snowboard ability.
• We generally recommend about 8 weeks of riding experience.
• You will need some funds available for your travel arrangements and initial training.
• Successful completion of training is required for a final job offer.
• You will need to be eligible to work or gain a visa in the relevant country.
