Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service quality to ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty for a global car rental leader.
• Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations efficiently using internal reservation systems.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize service delivery and operational workflows.
• Provide clear, accurate information regarding vehicle rental policies, insurance options, and service terms in both Italian and English.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions to support ongoing service excellence.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Professional proficiency in the English language to facilitate international team collaboration.
• Previous experience in customer support services or client-facing roles is considered an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, modern work environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, for this on-site opportunity.
