Job Overview

We are currently sourcing candidates for the GenAI Content Trust and Safety Experts – Finnish speaker position in Greece. This role within the Customer Support Services industry involves evaluating and refining Generative AI outputs to ensure safety, policy compliance, and exceptional user experiences in a dynamic, on-site environment in Athens.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, classify, and develop creative prompts for GenAI systems using specialized client tools and safety guidelines.
• Input high-quality data and structured feedback to improve training, tuning, and overall model evaluation.
• Investigate, resolve, and escalate complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety department within the Customer Support Services framework.
• Maintain policy compliance by identifying and mitigating sensitive or inappropriate content outputs.
• Collaborate with international teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement in AI behavior and safety.
• Execute tasks with high attention to detail while distinguishing personal beliefs from objective content moderation policies.
• Utilize Finnish language proficiency to ensure culturally nuanced and accurate AI interaction results.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Solid proficiency in English (B2+ level).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• 1–2 years of professional experience in content safety, moderation, or high-level Customer Support Services.
• Strong critical thinking skills, objective decision-making capabilities, and excellent written communication.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited supervision in a collaborative team environment.
